Ampio campo di misura
Lo strumento con solo due lenti ha un ampio range di misura: 0,1 - 2000 um. E' composto da un'unità laser e unità di rivelazione sigillate, banco ottico, unità di controllo posizionabile a varie distanze. dall'analizzatore.

Capacità di analisi ad alte concentrazioni
L'analisi dello spray in tempo reale, fino a 10 KHz (un'analisi ogni 100 microsecondi), consente di rilevare piccole fluttuazioni temporali nei pattern dello spray e permette di analizzare spray di brevissima durata. 
Una routine di analisi 'multiple scattering', brevettata, consente l'analisi di spray con un livello di oscuramento fino al 95%
